stored in a retrieval system or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopy, recording
or otherwise, with our written consent. Data contained in the Report is for the sole and private use of the MMRR purchaser
for whom the Report was prepared. Resale or redistribution in any way is strictly prohibited. Entering the data
onto any system, electronic or otherwise, for use in distributing a periodical of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Internal Use
Notwithstanding the above, we grant purchasers use of the MMRR Report and Statistical Tables for strictly internal
purposes, including photocopying, computerized data analysis, employee newsletters, etc., with the provisions that
KubasPrimedia and MMRR are appropriately cited as the information source and that usage is absolute restricted
to the purchasing entity whether an individual, corporation, division, or other organization. In the case of an
agency or other consultant where the purchase is made on behalf of a client, internal use is also extended to that
client organization under the same provisions.
Payment Terms
An invoice will be sent with your order. Credit card payment by Visa or Mastercard can be arranged. Our terms are net 15 days and 2% per month thereafter from the original
invoice date. We reserve the right to require full payment in advance.
